“I know how challenging it can be to find the right therapist. That’s why I use a client-centered approach that allows you to move at a comfortable pace while continuously growing in the direction of recovery.”
Sara specializes in adults with attachment trauma, personality disorders, and complex PTSD. Clients with this background often need an extensive period of stabilization and skill building followed by the sensitive and compassionate processing of traumatic events. This is why she uses a combination of cognitive and behavior-based therapies and mind-body awareness to help clients build insight, develop new skills, change habits, and process trauma.
