As a licensed body-worker for nearly a decade, Erin recognizes the importance of the mind-body connection. By attending to somatic (bodily) reactions and issues as well as cognitive and emotional responses, she believes we can live from a more natural and grounded place in relationship to both the self and others.
She has provided individual therapy at the DC Rape Crisis Center since 2014. With a sense of humor and warmth, Erin is adept at creating a comfortable environment where tools for growth and desired change are attainable.
