Join us in learning about key tenets of Mindfulness-Based Recovery Skills (MBRS). Cultivate awareness of personal triggers and habitual reaction patterns. Discover how you can change your relationship to discomfort. These recovery skills can help create mindful pauses in the seemingly automatic process of relapse.
Learning to harness the pause also has applications to everyday life. This presentation will empower attendees to deal with stress, addiction, or other obstacles — their own, or that of a client’s or loved ones. Mindfulness can be a valuable tool in your journey towards wellness. Join us in learning how.
