Careful, Caring & Cautious | A Covid-19 Support Group

Recurring event see all

January 18 @ 12:00 pm 1:00 pm

covid support group

Careful, Caring & Cautious is a support group and virtual social space for people who are continuing to take Covid precautions in a “post-Covid” world. With the removal of the COVID-19 public health emergency and a push to return to normalcy, those who can’t or won’t ignore Covid may feel increasingly isolated from society and gaslit by our communities at large.

Isolation and disconnection are detrimental to our mental and emotional well-being. But physical safety shouldn’t have to be sacrificed to support mental health. That’s where this group comes in.

Careful, Caring & Cautious will meet at noon on the third Thursday of each month from November to April. It is a space to get support for navigating Covid and the complex feelings that come up. Group members will learn new coping skills and ways to live a meaningful life in a world with Covid.

This community gives you the opportunity to connect with others who share your commitment to continuing to take Covid precautions. Bring your lunch, make a friend, and re-energize yourself in the fight against Covid!

$60 per group
