Attendees will learn the fundamentals of dream incubation and how they might be able to use it to address personal problems in their lives or integrate into clinical work. Adelle Deriquito, LCPC, NCC, MA, RYT-200, TIYTT-50, will provide a brief overview of the origin of dream incubation that derives from ancient practices and Jungian therapy, and discuss how it has evolved in contemporary research.
Participants will learn practical and accessible steps in order to ask the dream maker for guidance. Adelle will share personal reflections and experiences that helped her to move beyond theory through her collection of dreams. She will invite participants to share the personal connections they have had to their dreams. They will leave with rituals, techniques, and the needed courage to make contact with their dreams.
