The Viva Center is proud to offer a free, monthly, trauma-informed community yoga class. This class offers a safe space for students of all levels to explore their whole selves on physical, mental, and spiritual planes. The practice infuses mindfulness meditation, breathing techniques, and body posturing with somatic approaches to stimulate the release of stress and encourage a deeper connection with one’s state of being. Throughout the class, a multitude of modifications and props will be offered to accommodate the needs of all students. To learn more about the benefits of this practice and what to expect from the class, please visit Arielle’s blog on “Healing Trauma Through Yoga.”

This class is free, but please register to reserve your spot.

Cancellation policy: If you cannot attend please cancel your reservation through Eventbrite 24+ hours in advance to ensure that others can attend.
