About the presenter:
As an Integrative Wellness Coach and Chopra certified teacher, Colleen combines mindbody and holistic home practices to create personalized toolkits that support balance, healing, and personal transformation for her clients.
Her personal practices of Yoga and Ayurveda were not direct paths, but lifestyles she now cherishes. After 15 years in the professional services industry, where extra-long work weeks dictated priorities, Colleen began searching for better ways to manage stress and reconnect with what sparked joy in her life. Grateful for the challenges faced and many lessons learned, Colleen guides clients with the intention of cultivating a balanced wellbeing, greater strength, increased awareness of presence, and connection to their purpose. She believes that even the most subtle shifts create impactful transformations – and everyone deserves to feel their best!
Colleen believes all our “spaces” are connected and that everyone deserves to have personalized tools – yoga, mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, nourishment, and the energies in our homes – to feel their best and live their best lives. She leads with her heart to ensure lifestyle shifts are incorporated into daily routines and that her clients are excited and motivated on their path to wholeness.
She received her RYT-200 at Yoga Medicine and her Meditation and Ayurveda teacher certifications at The Chopra Center. She follows her passion of sharing the gifts of these practices with others – and believes they are all called practices for a reason … continue practicing!
