Erika Neil has integrated her experiences and specialized training to create a compassionate, client-centered approach, which not only works to get to the root of distressing thoughts and feelings, but also to empower you to handle challenges and cultivate positive emotional states. Trained in the psycho-sensory modality of Havening, Erika helps people overcome the effects of traumatic and stressful events by changing the way that the brain stores the memory of them. Throughout this class and workshop, we will learn about the origin of Havening, how it affects the brain, as well as its benefits to our well-being.
