Sound Healer and Artist Jeneen Piccuirro has been practicing sound healing for more than 10 years and over this time has crafted an integrative approach to holistic wellness. In this HPG presentation, she will share an overview of the most common sound healing tools and their practical applications as well as offer an approach to sequencing sound for clients and groups. About the presenter:

Jeneen holds an MFA in Painting from AU, a BA in Art from Swarthmore College, 500+ hour Sri Yoga TT, 4 yr Integrated Alignment (Subtle Energy & Sound Healing) certificates, and many other formal trainings including Pranayama, Pre-natal Yoga, Budding Yogis (childrens yoga), QiGong, Mantra, Meditation, Sacred Geometry, Crystal Healing, Light Work, Tantric Dance and Bellydance. From her earliest teaching days, she has always integrated dance, music, sound, healing, yoga, art and meditation in creative and innovative ways.

A joyful, nourishing and multi-gifted artist and healer with a passion for the sacred and creative arts, Jeneen has spearheaded many innovative programs over the last three decades of her formal work life. She has been successfully combining gong and crystal bowl work in her many classes for the last 10 years. Prior to that, she integrated sound work into her art and creative offerings formally beginning in 1998 with the creation of “Painting Sound” – a multidisciplinary collaborative project with world percussionist, Tom Teasley, that led to a grant funded outreach program based out of the Kreeger Museum which still exists today as “Hear Art: See Music.”

Currently, Jeneen sees private clients for integration, healing, harmonizing and transition work (all phases). And corporate clients for wellness, stress relief and management, mindfulness, creativity and integration tools. Some of her most powerful and unique offerings are her custom created Ceremonial gatherings (circles) that weave together many of these modalities where she is able to fully express and offer the richness of her life experience.
