Introduction to Nature Informed Therapy

September 16, 2022 @ 9:00 am 10:30 am

Nature Informed Therapy finds its roots in the belief that – nature heals, nature is everywhere and for everyone. Through evidence-based and intentional engagement with the natural world, Nature Informed Therapy can alleviate the negative effects of mental health distress.

With an emphasis on reciprocal relations with the world around us, its courses, retreats and programs encourage a future with deeper connection to ourselves, others and our own spirituality.

In this presentation, you will learn from Anne Contee, a Certified Nature Informed Therapist (CNIT) and Dr Heidi Schreiber-Pan about this unique and growing field.
