Are you a young adult who has lost a parent?

This grief support group is for individuals who have experienced the loss of one or both parents while in their 20s or 30s. In this safe, closed cohort, you will be provided opportunities for catharsis, connection, resource building, and psychoeducation around profound grief and loss. Together, we will explore the inherently complex nature of parent loss and what it means to both hold space for and be witnessed in the grieving process.

Start Date: Thursday, June 27th
Frequency: Weekly on Thursdays at 7 pm
Duration: 7 weeks

Aurena uses non-talk-based therapies to support clients in embodiment and recovery from trauma. She specializes in grief, loss, LGBTQ+ issues, and helping clients to reclaim their identities in the midst of hardship.
