Wellness During the Coronavirus Pandemic
Everyone deserves access to mental health tools, even when they’re stuck at home.
In addition to providing virtual therapy and reduced-cost options, Viva’s therapists came together to create an online library of free and low-cost exercises, blogs, and gatherings to promote wellness and connection during COVID-19.

The Viva Center is proud to offer a free, monthly, community gathering space designed to promote learning and growing in our understanding and journey with our mental health.
Each month on a Friday at 1 PM, we will gather around a chosen mental health topic. Always led by a licensed professional, the format is a bit of traditional teaching followed by an experiential exercise, with the second half of the gathering dedicated to Q&A and resource sharing.
