Optimal Living Series-Nutritional Wellness

Optimal Living Series:
February 6th- Nutritional WellnessFacilitated by Karen Schachter, MSW

This month, the Optimal Living Series focuses on nutritional wellness.

nutritionIf you’ve ever wondered what to eat, why you sometimes can’t seem to stop eating, or why diets never really seem to work long-term, then join Karen Schachter, MSW, for this educational and experiential workshop. Participants will learn a new approach to nourishing the body–no diets, no deprivation, no calorie counting–and create a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food.

Karen Schachter will equip you with the necessary tools and knowledge to live a healthier lifestyle. Karen Schachter is a social worker, holistic health counselor, and psychology of eating expert. She is dedicated to shifting the way girls and women experience food, eating and body image: from deprivation, struggle and body-bashing to peace, nourishment and good health.

Don’t just live! Live Well!

Friday, February 6th. 1pm – 2pm. The Viva Center. $20

Take a look at future workshops:
February 6th – Nutritional
March 6th – Physical
April 3rd – Organizational
May 1st – Interpersonal
