I’m Looking to Become a New Patient …
The first step of our intake process is an Intentional Matching Interview (IMI) with a specially trained IMI interviewer.
In the midst of the growing mental health crisis, Viva adopted our proprietary matching process to ensure the best custom tailored treatment for our clients – starting with our client clinician matching process. Research supports that a good therapeutic connection with the right therapist for you has positive outcomes in treatment. Viva is all about results and recognizing the uniqueness of each and every client. No damaging cookie cutter approaches will be taken. We have invested in the “pause” to take the time to get that therapeutic relationship right.
Our 30 minute IMI is about honoring what you are looking for in every way (person, demographic, modality, etc…), combined with an expert perspective based on your desired therapeutic outcomes in order to make the best possible clinician match. The goal is to really hear what you are looking for and who you are.
Our matching appointment has a fee of $120, thereafter, pricing will differ depending on the clinician you’re matched to. Viva rates for a 45 minute session start at $180 depending on level of experience.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out through our Contact Form.

I’m Looking For Therapy That …
Maybe you’ve tried talk therapy alone and haven’t had the success you want. Maybe you prefer creative expression or working with your body to chatting. Our brain (see below) and body-based therapies offer new paths towards healing—because sometimes, talk alone isn’t enough.
Not only do many of our clinicians offer body-based therapies, like yoga, Reiki, and Somatic Experiencing, but several are specially trained in trauma-informed versions of those practices.
Brain-based therapies such as EMDR and Brainspotting (BSP) are more efficient because they target the specific parts of your brain that you want to heal. EMDR and Brainspotting are particularly popular in treating trauma and addictive behaviors. Neurofeedback is often used for ADHD, sleep concerns, and other issues related to performance.
Mindfulness is a tool that helps us become more aware of our emotional and physical experiences. It aims to help you decrease stress and increase your enjoyment of life.
Expressive Therapies like Art, Nature, Play, Sandtray, etc, use creative arts to help you express emotions and heal from past experiences. Play therapy is particularly popular with children or those who struggle to verbalize their emotions.
