Merging Pain Science and Mental Fitness

Presented by Jen Uschold.

May 16 @ 9:00 am 10:30 am

Are you wondering…

  • If you will ever get rid of your pain?
  • If it is better to avoid making plans because you fear you will have pain?
  • Who can you trust to help you with your pain?

We want you to know….Pain is NOT a Life Sentence.

You’re tired of medications, surgeries, and injections that are providing little or no relief. You’ve tried every “alternative” therapy there is and you still have pain. You can (barely) get through the work day. You are completely depleted when you get home. You’re sacrificing precious time with your family, and then the cycle starts again the next day. What else is there?

The answer is understanding pain, how it shows up for you, and most importantly, what are the options that you want to choose to shift from pain to gain? The science is clear: when you understand pain and have an evidence-based toolbox of strategies, your pain eases and your function increases.

In this session, we’ll explore a fresh, empowering approach to pain—one that helps you shift from frustration and exhaustion to confidence and control. This isn’t about “pushing through” or pretending pain doesn’t exist.

Important note: all pain is real! It’s about uncovering strategies that truly work for you.

Through stories, simple exercises, and your own curiosity, you’ll discover how to:

✅ Navigate pain without letting it take over your life

✅ Recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck

✅ Use Mental Fitness techniques to shift your brain from working against you to working for you

✅ Gain real, usable strategies—approaches that fit where you are in your journey

Pain is overwhelming. You don’t have to walk this path alone. Come experience a supportive space where you can reconnect with hope, learn practical tools, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
