Incorporate somatic techniques that tap into the wisdom of your unique system. Develop practices that access all of your parts through Internal Family Systems (IFS) methods. With Aurena’s support, you will identify which mindfulness practices work best for you and how to incorporate them into your life.
You are the center of the therapeutic work. Whether you are navigating trauma, grief, or elements of identity, your needs and sensitivities will be honored by her. You can access hidden narratives and experience healing from them within the context of a safe and supportive environment.
Aurena’s areas of expertise include and are not limited to EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques, Reiki, trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and narrative therapy.
Healing can be found in a gentle, yet intentional reconnection with one’s true essence.
