Faith Ferber is dedicated to affirming and supporting you as an individual, couple, or polycule. Faith will equip you with concrete tools for wellness that transcend the therapy room and can be applied across different facets of your life. Her thorough expertise about the unconscious processes that determine mood, behavior, and felt states in the body is an asset to your most successful therapeutic experience, as well as all the joy that comes from effective wellness results. As a self-described “forever student”, Faith offers you a thorough understanding of both brain and body-based approaches that can expedite you reaching your therapeutic goals. Her unwavering belief in each of her clients’ inner wisdom as the most critical therapeutic asset means your therapeutic journey will be uniquely guided by her affirming and supportive relationship style.
Faith has had a wide array of therapeutic training and can incorporate and shift between modalities as it meets your needs. Her modalities and areas of expertise include Brainspotting, psychedelic-assisted therapy, somatic techniques, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.

CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining The Viva Center, Faith was a practicing clinician at Harmony Holistic. There, she provided trauma-informed therapy to couples and individuals. She applied modalities such as narrative therapy, mindfulness, harm reduction, and somatic-based therapies.
EDUCATION
Faith Ferber holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. She also has a certificate in Violence Against Women and Children and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from American University.

Waiver of Liability & Informed Consent
Each of our Clinical Associates is a licensed practitioner. As required by licensure, treatment under a licensed practitioner is confidential. It also outlines the collaborative nature of the therapeutic relationship and co-responsibility for treatment outcomes.
Telemental Health Informed Consent to Treatment
Outlines components, limitations, risks, and benefits of telehealth treatment. Including what to do in the event of an emergency.
Financial Agreement
This form outlines The Viva Center’s financial policies, rates, and out-of-network status.
Client Questionnaire
This form serves 2 purposes: It helps to capture the baseline experience when beginning treatment, allowing for an opportunity to take stock of current status. It also helps the clinician gather important background information without taking extra time in the first session. The first page of this form is required, and the others are supplemental. It is fine to exercise the decision to leave out any areas of the form. Please keep in mind any areas elected not to be disclosed at this time may be relevant to treatment outcomes.
