You can expect a warm and nurturing therapeutic space where you can work through inner conflict and overwhelming emotions while feeling fully respected in your identity. Nikki’s culturally responsive and non-judgmental approach supports you in gaining clarity, feeling more grounded, and finding ways to move through difficult emotions with greater ease in everyday life.
Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and ongoing training in Brainspotting, Nikki tailors therapy to your unique needs and helps you develop practical tools that support healing, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful change beyond the therapy room.
“You claim freedom when you realize that so many of us are trapped by the repeated stories we tell ourselves about who we are and what is possible in this life.”
– Jenny Wang
