BIO
If you’re looking for a therapist who brings warmth, collaboration, and a holistic perspective to the healing process, Shannon Harris offers a supportive space where you can feel understood, grounded, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
You can expect a therapeutic relationship rooted in curiosity, respect, and genuine connection. Trained in trauma-informed techniques, Shannon creates a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore difficult experiences and heal from them without re-living them. Alongside Shannon, you can gain practical tools for navigating life with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
Shannon works with teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, autism spectrum concerns, substance use, and relationship challenges impacting daily life and personal goals. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed techniques, mindfulness, and family-centered approaches, she tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs and experiences.
As a registered yoga teacher, Shannon also values the connection between mind and body in the healing process. Through integrating mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and somatic practices into her work she supports your goals for embodied healing.
“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”
– Rumi
