Individual Therapy

Working with Sonja was so helpful! I feel really much more centered and ready to embrace the challenges ahead.

Also, I really appreciate that Viva’s approach isn’t so designed to make you come to Viva forever, but to give you the tools you need to handle challenges in the future!

S
Individual Therapy

Viva’s matching process found me the perfect therapist in Sonja. The sessions have brought me through the sad rawness I was feeling prior to therapy. I’ve learned new emotional management skills and how to be more mindful of my needs — something I ignored for decades. For me, therapy is both humbling and empowering, while helping me discern how best to care for myself emotionally. I have already improved my own wellness and also my ability to show up for the people whom I love.
