“I aim to create a relationship in the therapy room that is a comfortable, collaborative, down-to-earth (and at times, humorous) space to explore your true self and unpack the stressors of life. I believe all emotions and behaviors have a reason, and that by gaining insight and learning new skills, healing and growth occur.”
